I had an amazing workout!

I have to say, I had an amazing workout today! I did both workouts for Jillian Michaels Extreme Shred and Shed. I have to tell you I did the best I could. Some of it I had to skip. There are still things I can't do. I am working up to it. It was nice I could do jumping jacks without getting out of breath. I know that seems simple, but before I got winded and couldn't do all of them. I am happy to say my abs are sore. I am still very overweight. I have a ton of weight to lose. This is not my heaviest, but pretty darn close. I have worked out 3 days so far this week. I will be working out tomorrow. I am seeing a little bit of improvement but I know I have a long way to go. I don't expect to be super skinny, but I would like to walk and not have my thighs touch. Or look in the mirror and not see my face as fat or puffy. One day at a time. I have changed my diet also.
