Working out...is it working???
I have been back on the working out bandwagon for about five months now. I have only lost about 14 lbs. I know some of you are thinking that this is great. I think it is also. The only problem is that I have stopped losing weight. I have been stuck at the same weight for over 2 months. I am doing harder workouts. I am eating healthy and the fat is still staying on my body. I am NOT going to give up on my quest to get healthier and smaller! I know that it is more important to do this for health, then for ego. Jeff still finds me sexy. Neither one of us are as thin as we were when we first met. I think couples get into a safe place and kind of stop worrying about how they look. I am just going to keep on my journey and push my final weight loss goal date by a year. So hopefully by 2015 I will be the size and shape I hope for!! I will not give up the fight!!

Keep going, everyone has a plateau weight a time or two. You rock and are inspiring to keep at it!!!!
ReplyDeleteDefinitely keep working out! You feel great and it's so good for your heart and lungs and metabolism. My suggestion for a boost in weight loss is cut out all sugar and white food products including white flour, rice, bread, and potatoes... If you keep it up you will see a drastic change in your weight loss and in your mood. Try it for four weeks and you'll be happy... I promise.
