Chica Bella by Carly Fall
This book was not written very well. There seemed to be a run on
sentence on every page. Did the author have and editor or a proofreader?
Landon is a Navy Seal and wants to get out of the Navy. He had left the
girl he seemed to love without word, seven months before.Maya works at the resort he had previously stayed at. Maya seems to
be mad at him. Then all is forgiven and she sleeps with him. As if
nothing happened.
I also felt the writer just strung words
together to make the book longer. For example as supposed to saying he
climbed seven flights of stairs. She goes on another drawn out run on
sentence.
I didn't care or feel for these characters. They
didn't seem to have any depth to them. I would have to say this was a
book that I would not recommend. 1Star out of 5.
