I usually LOVE Jaci Burton's books. This one I couldn't get into. I am sorry I thought the plot was outlandish.
Lily
a private eye/cop staking out a museum. Then she just happens to spot a
motorcycle. Who is the rider of this motorcycle? It just happens to be
the guy who broke her heart 10 years earlier her ex boyfriend Mac.
Who now stole something from the museum that she is supposed to steal herself. They get shot at and go on the run.
Find
out later that someone is trying to make the world "sick". For what
else Money. Way to many characters to keep track of.( that really had
nothing to do with the whole plot in my opioion.)
I would read
Riding Temptation which is later in the series. A much better book in my view. Every author has a few ugggh books. Sorry this was one of
them.
