Show of hands, Or should I say mouses....

I am just curious How many people are reading my new blog? Where are you all from. How you shown my blog to anyone? I am new at this and am trying to figure out my way around the blog world. Does anyone have any ideas how to get the word out more about my blog? I have tried Twitter and Facebook. I am not sure if doing a giveaway is a good idea. I don't want people to just sign up for the giveaway only. Read the giveaway then never come back again. Any idea would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your support.
